RPA are delighted to support the Professional Construction Apprentice Academy Scheme and to have been able to place our first trainee Oliver Smith on this programme. Oliver has recently joined us as an Apprentice and will be undertaking a 2 year Apprenticeship and NVQ 3 in Commercial Management via the Professional Construction Apprenticeship Academy. Oliver studies on a day release at Cardiff and Vale College.
Director Nick Soady commented-“RPA have always had a policy of employing young, ambitious individuals, and supporting them through their studies. The PCAA is a unique concept apprenticeship scheme in that it has created a route to university education and then to chartered status for school leavers who would otherwise have no access to this. We are thrilled to be able to play our part in promoting this relatively new scheme and we take this opportunity in welcoming Oliver to the RPA Team further reinforcing our reputation as a company that introduces, trains and develops promising young individuals”.
