The latest Project to be completed by RPA for Valleys to Coast Housing Association, is the Special Needs Housing Bungalow at Ael-Y-Bryn, North Cornelly. The scheme comprises of a special needs bungalow for 4 residents, with supporting staff accommodation and ancillary rooms.
The unit is let to and run by Bridgend County Borough Council.
The Project was built by Pendragon (design & build) Ltd, and designed by Pentan Partnership.
RPA are pleased to announce that the Project was built on time, and within budget.
The Ael-Y-Bryn scheme is the first of 3 Special Needs Projects that RPA have been appointed on by Valleys 2 Coast Housing Association, the other 2 Projects being;
- Heol Gelli Lenor, Maesteg, Bridgend
- Heol Cae Defaid, Garth, Bridgend
The 2 Projects are currently on-site, using the same Contractor and Design Team.
