Innovative Housing Developments for Welsh Government

In October 2018, it was confirmed that a number of projects that RPA were working on had been successful with their bids for funding from the Welsh Government Innovative Housing Programme (IHP). Two of these projects have now progressed to site and are pushing the boundaries of conventional construction.

Linc’s Extra Care Scheme in Aberdare has started on site utilising a fully modular design. This scheme will see 40 Extra Care Units being delivered using an off-site modular system developed by F1 Limited based in Newtown, Mid Wales.

Ty Rosser Gwyn at Garn Diffaith will see the development of 12 innovative homes for under 35’s being developed for Bron Afon Housing. These are being built utilising varying modern types of construction, including Modcell and SIP panel construction.

ATA Estates have worked with David, Jack and Stavros at RPA Bristol on a number of our schemes, with RPA acting for the funders as well as Employer’s Agent on our behalf (but not on the same project!).
