Delivering the project was not without challenge; works to the Grade II listed building included conversion of the previous restaurant to a full office fit out, whilst retaining a number of the building’s ornate features and columns. Additionally, the premises below remained occupied throughout. RPA have substantial experience in delivering on schemes such as this, and have relished the opportunity to deliver these high specification office facilities for Incopro, adding to our portfolio of office fit out projects.
“As a fast growing start up company, focused on software not property, we required help to project manage an ambitious conversion within a tight budget. James Christian and the RPA team gave sound advice and helped to deliver a comprehensive tender with a robust contract framework and brought the project with its many changes, in on time and to budget. RPA brought commercial insight, patience and excellent communication skills and we will definitely use them again for the next phase of development” Anna Davitt, Sales Director, Incopro
