Byron joined RPA Quantity Surveyors in July 2025, bringing a strong academic and professional background to the team. He holds a Distinction in his RICS accredited postgraduate MSc from the University of Northumbria, as well as an Honours degree in Environmental Geography from Cardiff University, reflecting his commitment to integrating sustainability into the construction industry. Before joining RPA, Byron gained valuable health and safety experience as a Health and Safety Officer and through his work for an SSIP Accreditation scheme. This experience provides him with a unique perspective and an added layer of expertise that complements his quantity surveying role. Byron’s current career ambitions focus on achieving chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), supported by RPA’s comprehensive training programme. In addition to his core responsibilities, Byron aims to contribute to the Principal Designer team, leveraging his health and safety expertise. He is also working towards completing his NEBOSH General Certificate with the goal of enrolling as a member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
