Completion of Refurbishment of Henley Bank and Holmleigh Park Gloucester

RPA acted as the Quantity Surveyor for this scheme from conception through to completion. During the pre-construction stage of the project, RPA managed the tender process, subsequent tender analysis, as well as preparation and issuance of the Contract Documents. Throughout the construction stage, RPA managed all aspects of the project finances and commercial matters including monthly valuations, monitoring the progress of the works, producing monthly financial statements, while constantly liaising with the Client and the wider project team. The project was delivered in line with the Client’s budget and both venues are now open and operational.
