Contract Administration

Honest and impartial management of contracts between clients, contractors, and suppliers, including preparing, negotiating, and implementing contracts and ensuring compliance.

What we do

Contract administrators have an important role in the management of construction projects, from small residential to larger commercial projects.

Our duties will vary depending on the project type and building contract under which they are appointed, but overall, as a contract administrator, we will ensure that all contractual procedures are followed, manage the day-to-day running of the contract, and ensure the project progresses according to the agreed schedule.

We supervise and inspect work, manage defects, issue practical completion certificates, and make decisions between the employer and contractor. With you from start to finish, our role begins from the contract award stage and continues throughout the life of the contract.

How we do it

At RPA, we approach Contract Administration with a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Our team of experts work collaboratively to ensure that all aspects of the contract are managed properly, and we use advanced technology and software to help us manage projects more efficiently.

Our team is committed to providing timely and accurate advice to clients, and we always act independently, impartially, honestly, and fairly when making decisions. Our goal is to ensure that contracts are managed in a way that minimises risks and maximises value for all parties involved.
