The works comprised internal demolitions and alterations to Dan-Y-Coed House and associated asbestos removal, construction of a temporary classroom and the internal refurbishment of Dan-Y-Coed House to provide classroom facilities and associated offices, associated drainage, external works and statutory services connections/adaptions including any adoptions required to provide a fully completed development.
