RPA are pleased to announce the completion of the Oxford Street Buildings in Mountain Ash undertaken on behalf of Cynon Taf Community Housing Group. The £1.1million development involved the refurbishment of a derelict landmark building in Mountain Ash town centre into 8nr. 1 bedroom apartments with RPA being appointed to provide Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor services. It was a pleasure to be involved with such an interesting development offering much needed rejuvenation to a traditional town centre.
