Ryan joined RPA in September 2016 through our Apprentice & Trainee scheme, simultaneously pursuing a Part-Time Degree at the University of South Wales. Graduating with first-class honours in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management in 2021, Ryan has demonstrated exceptional competence and professionalism as a Surveyor. He remains dedicated to delivering work of the highest caliber, actively contributing to RPA’s residential and commercial projects. Specialising in Employers Agent roles, Ryan possesses a comprehensive understanding of the JCT suite of contracts. In addition to his core responsibilities, Ryan provides Fund Bank Monitoring and Project Management Services to our clients. He particularly found fulfillment in his involvement with Glenwood Church in Cardiff, where he contributed to the extension funded by the Welsh Government and lottery funding.
