RPA are delighted to announce the completion and handover for the 102 unit council housing scheme currently with Principal Contractor Willmott Dixon for the extensive redevelopment of the external amenity spaces, improved and secure parking provision, children’s play spaces and access to Glebelands Playing Fields. The project is contributed towards the 2018 – 2022 5000 new homes pledge and 1000 new homes built commitment. RPA were initially commissioned by the London Borough of Hounslow during the Concept Design stages back in 2018 with our scope extended to Employers Agent for the procurement and construction stages in early 2019. RPA worked closely with both Hounslow and Willmott Dixon and continued as Employers Agent during the construction phase of the project, overcoming numerous on-site challenges and aiding in delivery of the project on-time and within the client’s development budget.
