RPA were engaged as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors by Glenwood Church for the refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension to their existing premises in Llanederyn, Cardiff, which includes a new 500m2 Wellbeing Space adjoining the building as a 2 storey annex. The building was designed by Nigel Arnold Architect and constructed as a design and build contract by Henstaff Construction, who had to overcome all the challenges of building the project during the height of the Covid 19 pandemic.
