Frank Towell Commences on site!

RPA are delighted to have been commissioned by London Borough of Hounslow to act as Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on the construction of a landmark new housing development comprising of 102 newbuild affordable homes. The works are being carried out at Frank Towell Court, Glebelands Road, Feltham by Willmott Dixon Construction and form part of the Council’s exciting regeneration plans. This project falls under the Client’s bigger picture to ameliorate Hounslow’s community by upgrading the local infrastructure, and provide houses for social rent/ affordable housing based on construction processes that are environmentally responsible, and a design that is resident focused. RPA have been engaged on this development since the conceptual stages, so to see the works commencing on site in March of this year was a thrilling milestone for us.
