The 102 unit affordable housing scheme currently on site with Principal Contractor Willmott Dixon is now progressing through scaffold strike and internal finishes, as well as extensive redevelopment of the external amenity spaces, improved and secure parking provision, children’s play spaces and access to Glebelands Playing Fields.   The project is currently on target to complete in October 2022 and was a contribution to the 2018 – 2022 5000 new homes pledge and 1000 new homes built commitment.   RPA are delighted to be acting as as Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works for London Borough of Hounslow on this scheme.
