Handover of St David’s Catholic Sixth Form College

RPA are proud to announce the completion of St David’s Catholic Sixth Form College façade replacement, boiler replacement and on-site access upgrades. RPA were engaged as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyor’s and CDM Principal Designer for St David’s College alongside Downs Merrifield Architects, NJP Consulting Engineers Ltd and M&E Services Engineers, DRAC Consulting Ltd. The 9 month programme of works undertaken within a live college environment has been successfully completed by Building Contractor Andrew Scott Ltd. The works comprised of a full façade replacement including; boiler house replacement and mechanical services upgrade; construction of improved vehicle access and pedestrian safety measures. Nick Soady commented “The project team’s collaborative approach has produced a project that we can all be rightly proud of completed on time and on budget”.
