RPA are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of Tom Lewis and Lloyd Elias to the position of Associate Director. Tom Lewis has been an integral part of our Cardiff team, consistently demonstrating both his commitment to RPA and his client. Tom has more recently taken on further responsibility in RPA’s fund monitoring and within a number of key Education Projects. His strategic thinking, innovative approach, and ability to navigate complex challenges have made a significant impact on our projects. Lloyd Elias has shown exemplary dedication and skill throughout his time at RPA and has been instrumental in the on going growth and development of RPA’s presence in Bristol, the South West and London. His strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication have contributed immensely to the success of a number of flagship residential scheme’s for RPA. We have no doubt that Lloyd will continue to thrive in his new role. As Associate Directors, Tom and Lloyd will play key roles in shaping the future of RPA. They will be instrumental in ensuring that RPA continue to offer a first class service to clients and ensuring the continued growth and success of RPA.
