RPA is delighted to announce a number of internal promotions within the company. These promotions are part of our esteemed training and development programme, which boasts a 100% success rate. We are committed to taking on an annual apprentice every year and supporting them through their education and professional career.
We are proud to announce that Ryan Singh, who started at RPA in 2016 as an Apprentice Surveyor, graduated from University of South Wales in 2021 and has now been promoted to Senior Surveyor. Ryan is an asset to RPA, enjoying mentoring junior trainees and helping them towards their degrees.
Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that Thomas Richards and Thomas Griffiths have both been promoted from Graduate Surveyors to Project Surveyors. Their hard work and dedication have earned them these promotions. Thomas Richards joined RPA after graduating with a Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management degree in 2021 and is now proactive in running his own projects and is an integral part of the team. Thomas Griffiths joined RPA after graduating in 2022 with a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, he has since taken the lead on several exciting projects, also supporting junior trainees.
Lastly, we are delighted to announce that Liam White graduated this summer with a degree in Construction Project Management and has been promoted from Trainee to Graduate Surveyor. We are confident that Liam will continue to progress his career within RPA.
Ben Smith, Director, comments, “Our Training and Development Programme has always been robust. Our commitment to offering school and college leavers the chance to progress through an apprenticeship to gain their degree and then achieve chartered status is one we are proud of. These promotions are a testament to the programme’s success. We wish them the very best of luck with achieving their chartered status in the future with RPA!”
