The scheme

RPA were engaged by Acorn Property Group to undertake the role of Employers Agent & Principal Designer for this development of 120 3, 4, & 5-bedroom new homes. 96 units are for outright sale with 24 Section 106 affordable homes available for rent.

 

This green field site has involved extensively phased works in order to manage the complexities of the site. Prior to construction of new homes, extensive Section 278 enabling works were required to unlock the development site in terms of highways access. The site will be delivered over 4 phases.

A challenging site with onerous ecological requirements which have had to be complied with and closely managed. In order to support the client’s sale projections, the site has been heavily phased. In addition, the client has a strong focus on design which is under regular review.

 

RPA prides itself on the consistency of service it delivers to its clients. Testament to this is the level of repeat business we secure. Our relationship with Acorn is a great example of this, with Bonvilston being the 8th project in which we’ve represented Acorn as Employer’s Agent.
