Glenwood Church

RPA were engaged by Glenwood Church to provide Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveying Services for the extension of their church in Llanederyn, Cardiff.

The scheme

RPA worked with the church to develop a specification of works, and led on tendering the appointment of a Principal Contractor, to carry out the extension and refurbishment works. Works were let on a JCT Design & Build basis.

 

The extension provides additional space and greater flexibility for the premises, to provide a range of much needed services to the local community including a creche and space for a community youth group. The works were jointly funded by Welsh Government and the National Lottery.
