Bills of Quants

At RPA, quantity surveying is our core business activity – it’s at the heart of everything we do. Undertaking detailed Bills of Quants is fast becoming a lost art within the industry, however RPA have a dedicated team of Surveyors that have both the expertise and experience to undertake full Bills of Quantities.

What we do

Having the benefit of senior staff with years of experience in undertaking bills of quantities means that RPA can deliver reliable, accurate Bills / schedules to be used in traditional forms of contracts or on behalf of Contractors bidding for work.

How we do it

URPA utilise up-to-date software packages for both measurement and bill production which means information can be provided in a number of differing formats to suit the end user. This also means that we can take full advantage of detailed ‘BIM’ compliant models to assist in speeding up the process. Bills are typically delivered in either in SMM7 or NRM2 formats, however we can work with contractors to provide a more bespoke ‘package’ based bill to suit the procurement strategy of the contractor.
