Paul Griffiths

Paul began his career with RPA in November 2009 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, marking the start of a journey filled with varied and valuable experience across the construction industry. After achieving RICS accreditation in 2015, he broadened his expertise at a multi disciplinary practice from summer 2019, delivering projects ranging in value from £200,000 to £20 million. In 2020, Paul returned to RPA as an Associate Director and was recently promoted to Regional Director of our Swansea office. His reputation with clients is exemplary many chose to continue working with him during his time away from the business and again upon his return, a testament to the trust and respect he consistently earns. Paul is known for his pragmatic, reliable approach and his ability to exceed client expectations, fostering long-term relationships built on confidence and performance. He brings particular expertise in the renewables sector, where he is regularly engaged by specialist developers to support the delivery of PV farms, battery storage facilities, and wind farms. In addition, he works closely with major social landlords to support the integration of PV installations across existing housing stock. As Regional Director for Swansea and the wider West Region, Paul leads a diverse portfolio covering the residential, commercial, and renewables sectors. His capabilities span multiple roles, including Employer’s Agent, Project Manager, Cost Consultant, and Principal Designer.
