Paul Griffiths

Paul began his journey with RPA in November 2009 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, marking the start of a career rich in diverse experiences within the construction industry. After obtaining his RICS accreditation in 2015, Paul expanded his expertise at a multi-disciplinary practice from summer 2019, where he contributed to projects ranging from £200,000 to £20m in value. He returned to RPA in 2020, assuming the role of Associate Director. Clients hold Paul in high regard, evident from their loyalty as many chose to follow him when he initially left RPA, then returned alongside him. Known for his pragmatic and consistent approach, Paul consistently exceeds client expectations, fostering enduring relationships. Paul possesses a specialised skill set in the renewables sector, often sought after by specialist developers to support the development of PV Farms, battery storage, and wind farms. He also collaborates with large social landlords, facilitating the rollout of PV installations in existing housing stock. At RPA, Paul leads the renewable energy expertise, alongside working with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and Funds, where he conducts funder due diligence. His proficiency spans residential, commercial, and renewable sectors, serving as an Employer’s Agent, Project Manager, Cost Consultant, and Principal Designer.
