Over two years, he contributed to schemes developing specialist skills in procurement, tendering, cost reporting, contract administration, and valuation processes. Ewan’s experience includes managing tender packages, compiling contractual documentation, overseeing cost reporting and cashflow analysis, and leading valuation exercises on large-scale commercial projects. His ability to work closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders ensures projects are delivered with precision, value, and efficiency. Known for his strong work ethic, communication skills, and collaborative approach, Ewan has also made an impact beyond his core role organising company wide knowledge sharing events, contributing to specialist working groups, and coordinating social activities to strengthen team culture.
