Tom embarked on his journey with RPA in October 2022, fresh from graduating with an Upper Second-Class Honours degree from the University of South Wales (USW). Since joining RPA, Tom has been on a rapid developmental trajectory, showing a keen interest in refining traditional Quantity Surveying (QS) skills, particularly in handling Schedule of Works and Bills of Quantities. His dedication has seen him closely collaborating with senior members of RPA, where he continues to sharpen his skills while gaining invaluable exposure to traditional contract forms, subcontracting dynamics, and large-scale projects alongside tier 1 national contractors. Tom’s current aspiration is to attain his Chartership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a goal he pursues under the supportive umbrella of RPA’s focused training program.
