Tom became part of RPA in September 2021, following his graduation from the University of South Wales (USW). Since joining the team, Tom’s knowledge and proficiency have been rapidly advancing as he enthusiastically seeks to broaden his involvement in new projects. Currently, he is actively engaged in various projects, receiving guidance and support from the senior team, both in office-based and site-based tasks. Tom’s current aspiration is to attain his Chartership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a goal he pursues under the supportive umbrella of RPA’s focused training program.
