RPA have been appointed as Employers Agent for Cardiff County Council to deliver much needed temporary emergency accommodation for the City of Cardiff with funding from Welsh Government.

The Scheme

In conjunction with Wates Construction, the scheme aims to deliver 155 units of varying size via a volumetric delivery solution procured through 3 modular providers. In conjunction with this project, RPA are also working with the Vale of Glamorgan Council alongside Wates to deliver a similar albeit slightly smaller scheme, utilising the same volumetric solution.
