Eastwood Park is a unique organisation that delivers high-level training programmes for the medical and vocational sectors.
The new Training Centre will be one of the first facilities in the UK to provide delegates with state-of-the-art training environments across a range of specialist industries.
The project team had to overcome numerous challenges in getting the project to this brown field site. It is the first non- government project in the UK to be granted a specialist Natural England licence in relation to the ecological challenges faced.
Alongside the construction of the new building, the project also included demolition works as well as a complete overhaul of the utilities that serve the existing Eastwood Park mansion and the new Training Centre development.
