Stormy Castle

The house comprises of 7,800 sq ft over split-levels that stagger up the hillside on five half-floors, culminating in a rooftop sunset living room; the four bedrooms are at the bottom. The flat roofs are planted with greenery that will one day envelop them.

The Scheme

RPA were proud to be involved as Quantity Surveyors on this very unique build.

Fashioned from concrete with rusty Cor-ten accents, it has a raw aesthetic that reflects local agricultural buildings.

 

This house has a Code 5 rating for Sustainable Homes.
